How it works

  • Tramadol: A non-selective agonist of the µ, δ, and κ opioid receptors (with higher affinity for µ receptors). Its analgesic effect is also mediated by inhibition of neuronal reuptake of noradrenaline and enhancement of serotonin release. It additionally has an antitussive effect.
