How it Works:

• Dexamethasone: A potent glucocorticoid with minimal mineralocorticoid activity. It works by suppressing neutrophil migration and reducing lymphocyte colony proliferation.

• Clotrimazole: Damages the fungal cell membrane by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis through blocking demethylation of 14-alpha lanosterol, leading to fungal cell death.
