Indication / Used For

Used for the relief of symptoms associated with colds and flu, including:

  • Fever

  • Nasal and sinus congestion

  • Headache

  • Sneezing, itching, and watery eyes

  • Mild pain and body aches


How It Works

  • Pseudoephedrine HCl: A decongestant that reduces swelling in the nasal passages, easing breathing

  • Paracetamol: An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever

  • Triprolidine: An antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms by blocking histamine response

Precautions

  • Do not double the dose if a dose is missed

  • Use with caution in individuals with hypertension, heart disease, or thyroid problems


Warnings

  • Warning 1: Do not take if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Warning 2: Avoid use with MAOIs or within 14 days of MAOI use

  • Warning 3: Do not use if you have serious heart conditions such as coronary artery disease
